2007 tasting - This deep, dark red Cabernet has a deep, complex bouquet with hints of spice, oak, berries and earth. The flavor is just excellent with a strongly spiced, earthy center which dissipates slowly on the palate. Strong possibility for improvement with age.
2008 tasting - This dark purple blend has a deep, spicy, oaky smell with a complex, steller flavor and a tart, spicy finish.
