2011 tasting (375 ml) - Completely opaque with some sediment, this Syrah has a bouquet of muted perfection. The flavor is balanced and light – currents, oak and a finish with just a hint of pepper.

2010 tasting (375 ml) - Completely opaque blackish purple, this Syrah has an excellent fruity, oaky bouquet coupled to an aged, complex flavor that is chewy and buttery into the finish.

2008 tasting (375 ml) - A cloudy red, this Syrah has a fruity bouquet with peppery hints. The flavor is light, complex and peppery with a short, fruity, dry aftertaste.

2007 tasting ($24, 750 ml) - A dark, opaque, purply-red wine, this Syrah has a floral, slightly spiced bouquet coupled to an excellent, complex, slightly sweet flavor.
