Havens Wine Cellars Napa, CA Havens Wine Cellars, founded in 1984, is a small family owned winery which produces some stellar wines. They are also adventurous, claiming to have produced the first new world vintages of Albariño in the late 1990s. Add to this the extremely laid back tasting room atmospere and this was not a winery to be missed on any trip through Napa Valley. Unfortunately Michael Havens sold the winery in late 2006 to a Virginia importer that went belly up in 2009.
