Hawaii

Hawaii is a chain of volcanic islands in the middle of the pacific where one finds a variety of climates from tropical rainforests to high altitude deserts. Most Hawaiian agriculture focuses on tropical cash crops rather than complex, terroir depedent ones like grapevines. Nevertheless, the Hawaiian islands have a scattering of vineyards.
