2007 tasting - This yellow wine has an oaky bouquet coupled to an oaky flavor which hints of butter and a smooth, buttery aftertaste.
2008 tasting - This yellow Chardonnay has a very complex, oaky and buttery bouquet. The flavor, however, is fair and seems
sweetened (chaptalization perhaps) with a chemy, poor aftertaste.
