100% Zinfandel from 82 and 75 year old vines, manually harvested, fermented in stainless steel with Pasteur Red yeast for 8 days, held on the skins to complete malolactic fermentation for 12 days, racked into oak barrels (1/3 American and 2/3 French), aged 14 months and bottled. 377 cased produced.

2011 tasting - This Zinfandel is dark red, semi-transparent and has a fruity bouquet with some oak. The flavor is light and the aftertaste is fruity.
