2008 tasting - A golden yellow Chardonnay which exhibits oakiness, youth and apple hints on the bouquet, this wine is overpoweringly tart with a sweet finish amongst buttercream hints. It definitely needs more age to mellow.
2009 tasting - This golden yellow Chardonnay has a dry, grassy bouquet coupled to a moist, buttery flavor. The aftertaste is tart, buttery and long.
