2012 tasting - A muted, transparent red, this Zinfandel has nice legs. The jammy, spicy bouquet is followed by a
young, thin flavor which is not strongly bound to the terroir. The aftertaste starts out spicy and evolves into
jammy.
2011 tasting - A dark purple with an oaky, young bouquet, this Zinfandel was the first wine I tasted in 2011. The
flavor is chewy, round and slighty green with a spicy aftertaste. Clearly it needs to spend some more time in the
bottle.
