2008 tasting - This dark, transparent red has a fruity young bouquet with spicy hints. The flavor which follows is tart, subtle,
and different from what one is used to getting from Dry Creek. The aftertaste is dry, slightly chewy and slightly peppery.
2010 tasting - This semi-opaque, blackish red has a sweet bouquet that is fluffy like a cloud. This flavor is tart, full-bodied and
intense with a chewy aftertaste. Needs more age to soften.
