2012 tasting - The cork disintegrated and there's a lot of sediment, but this Zin has a nice, jammy bouquet and an opaque, red hue with a tinge of brown. The flavor is dry, tangy, and still has a very jammy finish.
2011 tasting - Dark red with a hint of purple, this Zinfandel has an excellent, deep, fruity bouquet
coupled to a dry, chewy, flavor showing the beginnings of age. The aftertaste is all fir trees and
love. Some sediment.
2010 tasting - An excellent, intense bouquet dominated by the Dry Creek terroir greets the drinker upon opening this cloudy red.
Some sediment has formed with age. The flavor is balanced, dry and has an intense finish. Perfection in a bottle!
2009 tasting - This dark red has a deliciously deep bouquet evocative of the chewy flavor which follows. This chewiness is offset by an
intense tartness that continues long after the wine has passed your palate.
2006 tasting - A strong Zin bouquet with just a hint of sweetness is coupled to an excellent flavor that is tart with a perfect Healdsburg
finish.
