2008 tasting - A transparent, purplish red, this is a perfect wine to drink with dinner. Just don't open it too far in advance or you may find it's gone by the time the food is ready. With a fruity, young bouquet, this blend has a strong, Zin-dominated flavor coupled to a dry, slightly sweet finish.
2009 tasting - A ruby red with a purple tinge, this Rosso has a deep, tart bouquet coupled to a chewy, tannic, tart flavor and a chewy, dry aftertaste. Begs for food like any good Italian wine.
