2006 tasting - Excellent bouquet & flavor that is chewy with a nice dry finish. Definitely worth picking up.
2007 tasting - A nice, dark red, this Syrah has strong berry hints in a bouquet which is typical for this terroir. After first opening the bottle, the flavor was tart but a bit flat and the finish so dry I thought my tongue would stick to my palate. After a bit of time, however, the flavor mellowed and the compexity appeared.
