The flavor which follows is surprisingly light muted with a tart, dry finish. 2007 Tasting - This clear red Zinfandel has an excellent, slightly floral bouquet and excellent, sweetish but dry and complex flavor. 2006 tasting - Interesting flowery bouquet; excellent intense fruity flavor that is much less dry than the usual CA Zin.
