Assisi is a wine produced in the Italian province of Perugia in the Umbria region. It was established as an DOC wine on 5 May 1997. The grapes are grown in the communes of Assisi and Spello at altitudes between 180 and 550 meters. Several blends are made, namely Bianco, Rosso, Rosato and Novello as well as the single varietal Grechetto.
