Bianco Pisano di San Torpè, declared a DOC on 8 July 1980, is a wine grown in the Italian provinces of Pisa and Livorno. It is made from at least 75% Trebbiano Toscano and requires 11% alcohol. The Vin Santo dessert wine version requires 16% alcohol and 3 years aging, 4 to be labeled Riserva.
