Candia dei Colli Apuani, declared a DOC on 27 January 1981, is a wine grown in the Massa-Carrara province of Italia. The grapes used are Vermentino Bianco (70-80%), Albarola (10-20%), Trebbiano Toscano (up to 20%) and Malvasia Bianca Lunga (less 5%). The styles available are Secco, Abboccato or Amabile, and Vin Santo.
