Colline Lucchesi, declared a DOC on 28 May 1968, is a wine grown in Lucca. It can be made in a variety of different ways with a variety of different grapes. The blends include Bianco, Rosso and the dessert wines Vin Santo and Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice. In addition, the wine may also be made from one of the following specific varietals: Merlot, Sangiovese or Sauvignon.
