Vin Santo di Carmignano is a wine grown in the Firenze and Prato provinces of the Toscana region. Orginally part of the Carmignano DOC created on 28 April 1975, in 1990 it became a DOC in its own right. This wine is made with a minimum 75% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca Lunga. In addition, this wine must have an alcohol content not lower than 16%.
