Dolcetto d'Asti

Dolcetto d'Asti is a wine grown in the Asti province of the Piemonte region. Only the Dolcetto grape is used in its production. It was granted DOC status on 10 May 1974, requiring a minimum 11.5% alcohol or 12.5% plus one year of aging to be labeled Superiore.
