Collio Goriziano, also called Collio for short, is a wine made in the Italian province of Goriza. It was granted its DOC status in 1968 and can be Bianco (white), Rosso (red), Cabernet or Sauvignon blends, or made from the specific varietals Chardonnay, Malvasia, Müller-Thurgau, Picolit, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Ribolla (also called Ribolla Gialla), Riesling, Riesling Italico, Tocai Friulano, Traminer Aromatico, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Nero.
