Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is a wine which is grown in the Italian province of Modena. It was granted its DOC status in 1970, being a somewhat fizzy rosso (red) or rosato (rosé) wine made from at least 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes. The remainder can be made up of the varietals Lambruschi, Fortana or Malbo Gentile.
