Colli Bolognesi is an Italian white wine made in the communes of Sasso Marconi, Casalecchio di Reno, Zola Predosa, Crespellano, Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Monte San Pietro and Monteveglio in the province of Bologna and the commune of Savignano sul Panaro in the province of Modena. It was granted its DOC status in 1975 and must be made with at least 85% Pignoletto. The remainder can be Pinot Bianco, Riesling Italico and/or Trebbiano Romagnolo. At a minimum, the alcohol content must be 12%.
