Castel San Lorenzo is a wine made in the Italian province of Salerno. It was granted its DOC status in 1991 and can be a blended white (Bianco), red (Rosso), rosé (Rosato) or one of the specific varietals Barbera or Moscato. The Moscato can also be made into a sparkling wine (Spumante).
