Caserta e Napoli

Aversa is a white wine made in the Italian provinces of Caserta and Napoli. Sometimes called Asprinio di Aversa to highlight the central role of the Asprinio grape, this wine may also contain up to 15% other white grapes. It was granted its DOC status on July 31st, 1993 and must contain at least 10.5% alcohol (or 11% for the sparkling version).
