Ahr

Ahr in an Anbaugebiete located along the river Ahr, a tributary of the Rhine. Unusually for Deutschland, this region focuses on red wines, especially Spätburgunder. Since it is such a small region, Ahr is made up of only one Bereich and one Großlage, but 43 Einzellagen.
