2008 tasting - This Shiraz has a nice, purply hue and an extremely fruity bouquet coupled to a chewy flavor. Surprisingly undry,
this wine has aged very well and will no doubt continue to develop in the bottle for years to come. Decant to remove the sediment
before drinking.
2010 tasting - An opaque red with some sediment, this Shiraz has a fruity yet aged bouquet coupled to well-aged flavor and a dry
finish. With a bit of aeration the fruitiness really opens up.
